二、个人简介

郭旭，管理学博士。主要从事智能决策与评价、数据驱动与数据分析、区域经济与环境治理等研究，近年来在《Journal of Cleaner Production》、《Computers & Industrial Engineering》、《中国管理科学》等国内外核心期刊上发表论文十余篇，主持完成博士生科技创新专项基金1项，参与国家自然科学基金面上项目2项，多次获得国家级及省级“互联网+”大学生创新创业比赛奖项。担任Computers & Industrial Engineering、RAIRO – Operations Research、Asia-Pacific Journal of Operational Research等期刊审稿人。
